Refund policy

Heart of the Class resources are digital downloads that are delivered to you electronically.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, they cannot be returned once downloaded. For this reason, sales of digital resources are considered final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

We will always work closely with you to ensure that you are able to access and enjoy your purchases. If you require support after a purchase, please use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.

In rare circumstances, refunds may be granted on an individual basis based on the following:

Duplicate Purchase: You purchased the same resource twice in error. 

Error in File Delivery: The resource delivered does not match the resource description and preview. (i.e., You purchased a Calendar Kit and received Schedule Cards in error).

Technical: The programs required to access the files were not listed in the description and you are unable to access the files. (i.e., An editable resource requires access to Microsoft PowerPoint and this was not listed in the description.)

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase through the Contact Us link at the bottom of the website.
